This effective, gentle style of Yoga works with a variety of postures, increasing flexibility by targeting the deep connective tissues and fascia through slow and sustained holding of the poses.  The practitioner is allowed to enter a calm, meditative space whilst the asanas and gravity work their magic.  Over time, results include:

• Increased flexibility

• Improved joint mobility

• Stress reduction

• Restored energy levels

• Improved mind-body connection.

Yoga Flow

An holistic mixture of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.  Using the breath to flow between poses, building strength and confidence, we cultivate an understanding of yoga as a philosophy and state of mind.  Beginners and the inquisitive welcome.
