This effective, gentle style of Yoga works with a variety of postures, increasing flexibility by targeting the deep connective tissues and fascia through slow and sustained holding of the poses. The practitioner is allowed to enter a calm, meditative space whilst the asanas and gravity work their magic. Over time, results include:
