REGENERATE Fitness Classes
Regenerate Fitness began in 2018. There are sessions to suit all abilities and are aimed at promoting fitness-confidence for anyone looking for a warm friendly environment in which to keep fit. Seated and supported exercises are included in some of the classes, thus encouraging those with mobility issues to join in and enjoy the benefits.
